Biography of Artist.
Gilmanova Nafisa was born in Tashkent. She has graduated from "Art graphics" faculty of Tashkent State Teacher's Training College. She worked on probation at Academic Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Institute named after I.Ye.Repin in Saint-Petersburg.
Nafisa began to work at Teacher's Training College on Chair of Painting.
She taught at Liceum of Decorative and Applied art attached to Academy of Art of Uzbekistan.
Starting from 1995 she is a constant participant of annual exhibitions.
From 2000 she is a member of Creative Association attached to Academy of Art.
In 2005 - personal exhibition at Academy of Art.
In 2007 - second personal exhibition at Exhibition hall "Culture and Art".
Currently she is a senior teacher at Tashkent Architectural Institute.
